Pekora Health is a brand of Pekorahealth LLC, a company registered in California. We run the platform you see: the website, the evaluation process and customer support. We are not a pharmacy and we do not prescribe medication.

Who reviews your evaluation
Your evaluation is reviewed by independent, U.S.-licensed healthcare providers. They make every clinical decision on their own, including whether a treatment is right for you. They can decline to prescribe or recommend in-person care.
Who prepares your medication
If a provider approves your treatment, your prescription is filled by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed pharmacies under state and federal oversight.
How you're charged
- You see the full price before you enter any card information.
- At checkout, your card is only verified. You are charged only if a licensed provider approves your treatment.
- If you're not approved, you're never charged.
- There is no membership fee and no auto-renewal. Each order is a one-time payment. You reorder only when you choose to.
Your health information
Your medical answers go directly to the clinical team's secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Our marketing team does not see them.
